We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Specialist to grow with our Customer Success Team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will responsible be responsible for handling day to day client queries, follow up on Leads and build strategies to optimize customer follow up.

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer support via email and intercom to customers
  • For existing customers, provide retraining (as needed) and first level support for product and technology issues
  • Troubleshooting client issues and reporting to Dev team
  • Developing inbound and outbound strategies for customers follow ups
  • Host and handle demo calls
  • Creating and documenting SOPs and databank of a wide variety of client issues and their resolutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Customer Success/Customer Support
  • Excellent communication (written + verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in multiple shifts
  • Experience in inbound upselling
  • Basic troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Must have stellar communication skills (preferably UK/US accent).
  • Experience with managing and hosting client calls
  • BSc or Masters
