We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in the role of Senior Designer. In this position, you will be tasked with creating visually engaging and cohesive designs across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in crafting dynamic newsletters & posts, while also ensuring that designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative visual materials for digital platforms, including but not limited to social media graphics, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand task requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with company objectives and messaging.
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design output and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
